• Being on the waitlist does not guarantee acceptance as a client
• We may remove you from the waitlist at our discretion
• You can request removal from the waitlist at any time

2. No Advisory Relationship

This website is for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this site constitutes financial advice, and no advisor-client relationship exists until:

• SEBI RIA registration is complete
• You sign a formal client agreement
• We explicitly confirm acceptance of you as a client

3. Eligibility Requirements

To be considered for our services, you must:

• Have at least ₹2 crore in liquid investable assets
• Be an Indian resident or NRI with India-based investments
• Have an active befikar.ai annual plan
• Be willing to engage actively in your financial planning

4. No Guarantees

We make no guarantees regarding:

• Investment performance or returns
• Timeline for SEBI registration approval
• Acceptance of all waitlist applicants
• Specific services or features at launch

5. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the waitlist after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Befikar Advisory and its affiliates are not liable for any damages arising from your use of this website or reliance on any information provided.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, India.
